I looked up the songs mentioned here, and some of them aren’t bad. But come on, Freepers. Can’t somebody come up with a song that isn’t more than forty years old? The best pick-up song I can think of is Usher’s “DJ Got Us Falling In Love”. And Brian Culbertson’s song, “Secret Affair”. But that one’s an instrumental.

When I was in college, the SGA had what they called “big name entertainment” every couple of weeks or so. They actually did have some pretty big names tho of course nothing like the Beatles.
One day it was the Vogues and I believe they put on the best show of any. They really sounded good too.

Much of that music, Glenn Miller especially, is timeless.

Good evening, fatima...((HUGS))...I was going to try to leave work earlier than usual, but my road home can be seen out an office winder. It is red tail lights as far as the eye can see. Something has happened, so I’ll just stay here a little longer than usual.
How is your weather doing? We finally got some snow...about a foot at my house.
