“Boehner’s allies think the tea party Texan should mind his own business.”

Cruz should mind his own business at least until he comes up with a winning strategy. Refusing to raise the debt limit isn’t one.

Do you need a napkin?

I think you have a little Boehner on your chin there.

Boehner is your liberal. Cruz is doing exactly what I elected him to do. He needs to cause more problems for liberal republicans.

A GOP-E Boehner fan, I see.

Sen Cruz doesn’t believe we can continue down the path we are on...of not reigning in spending. In other words, we cannot keep writing 0 a blank check. Passing the same bill a Speaker Pelosi would’ve pass is not what Repubs should be doing.

What is the “Winning Strategy”, in your opinion?

BTW, Sen Cruz IS minding his own business. The business his constituents sent him to DC to mind.

Refusing to raise the debt ceiling is exactly the right thing to do when our government is borrowing .40 cents of every dollar in federal spending.

Read the article again. Our national debt has increased $6 Trillion dollars under this President. That's an unsustainable, suicidal level of government over-spending. It's going to topple our entire economy if someone doesn't put the brakes on it, and soon.

Paying our bills was never in question in the last debt ceiling fight. The money was there to do so. What we couldn't have done if the debt ceiling hadn't been raised, is fund all of the outrageous, unconstitutional welfare programs the Socialists in Congress love so much.

That's what the fight was really about, and Ted Cruz explained it in detail to everyone who was listening.

You could not be more wrong.

Cruz is speaking for all of us that love our country and he sees as we do the destruction that is being done by Obama and how weak the Republican party we have all supported just stands by, goes limp and will not fight back.

This is his business reigning in out of control spending. Jaun Boner is part of that problem. I bet your knee pads read I heart Johnny.
