It’s explicitly (and no doubts about it) un-Christian but I cannot compel the conscience of others to reflect that.

There is no excusing tyranny because I really really disagree with the opinions of others.

That wasn’t the question. The question was whether you believe that homosexuality is right or wrong, moral or immoral.

Sadly, this thread makes it pretty clear that many conservatives decry activist liberal government not out of some deeply-held constitutional principle, but rather because they want the big stick of government so they can assert control themselves.

Yes, it's un-Christian---clearly a sin according to Christian doctrine.

Nor can you compel other countries/societies to tolerate the actions of those who advocate perversion and mental illness. There is no "right" to do that.
