I just watched President Obama's taped interview with Bob Costas on NBC. He looked stoned.
I'm not the only one who has that impression after seeing his droopy eyelids, bloodshot eyes and droopy mouth. Twitter lit up with comments about Obama's stoned appearance.
He looks like his normal self to me.
He certainly acted stoned during this 60 minutes interview. It isn’t uncommon for drug uses to become addicted for life.

I wish there was a way to test or prove Obama is actively using drugs. Get a urine or hair sample?
How about this question for the next town hall meeting:
Mr. President, in your books you admit that as a youth you were “an enthusiastic” drug user and abused both marijuana and cocaine. We know that drug use can become addictive for life. What treatment program or method did you use to stop taking drugs and have you used illegal drugs during you time in office as president?

You probably won't have much luck procuring one yourself but I would guess the KGB has any number of them on hand and analyzed in their Gas Chromatography lab.

it looks more like what happens when one trips and falls and hits their face on the floor. as when one is very drunk or high on drugs.

I have to admit, I haven’t allowed myself to even look at him in years, let alone listen to that grating annoying voice.
But whey the heck doesn’t he get that thing taken off his face? The jokes about that twit in Texas, Abortion Barbie, and the growth on her face come to mind. Maybe this has been discussed ad nausem, I just haven’t looked at him in so long and hadn’t noticed it before!
And for what it’s worth, I muted him as soon as he showed up to ruin an otherwise fine Olympic opening, can’t say if he sounded stoned, but he sure looked it. What a continual embarrasment.
Here’s the interview with Obama...looks like might be 48hr sleep deprived as well...his speaking doesn’t sound like he’s doped???
