"The best liked person we tested on this poll with Republican primary voters is actually Sarah Palin who has a 70/20 favorability rating."
Got it? Now consider this:
Hillary is going to be the Democrat nominee. Agreed?
Okay, the only way to combat the sexist and 'war on women' cards is to run a woman against Hillary. ANY male will not win against Hillary, the MSM will see to that.
So, if Sarah runs, you neutralize the cards plus the 6-10 million conservatives who stayed home in 2008 and 2012 will come out and vote in droves. Six million will win the election.
Palin/Cruz, Palin/Paul, Palin/Lee. . take your pick.
It's your call. . But if you want to WIN the Presidency in 2016. . .
Perfectly stated!
Amen!
Hillary's going to have to run against Benghazi, but I take your point. If she runs (not a certainty), and if she wins the nomination (also not a certainty), then any Republican male besides Ted Cruz is going to have a hard time beating her.
It would be far wiser for the GOP to run the most popular female on our bench, but we know they'll never get behind Palin. She'd have to fight the party elites to claim her place, and given the potential dynamics at work, they just might give in and accept her. Same as what happened with Reagan. They didn't want him either.
