Representative Charlie Rangel (D-NY) recently expressed his puzzlement over the conservative wing of the Republican Party. In between incoherent ramblings and fragmented sentences, the congressman explained that the tea party is a cult group that suffers from an apparent illness.
Politics is (sic) changing for me at this late age, to have to deal with a cult-type of group of people, said the man who recently allocated millions of taxpayer dollars to a New York library named in his honor. (Maybe hes speaking out of jealousy?)
When a handful of people [I assume he is referring to the tea party coalition in the House of Representatives] can control a larger number of people, to repeal a law that has been passed by the House, the Senate, and declared constitutional by the courts - and they campaign on the issue that it should be repealed- this is past Civics 101. This is illness, said the Congressman who has inexplicably remained in office since 1971. (Whoa Talk about mental illness!)

By associating himself with the party of power instead of the party of freedom.
Even Barack Obama finds Rangel tiresome and pedantic.
First off it is not “Tea Party”, it is “TEA Party”. This dipshit rangel has no idea that “TEA” is an acronym for TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY. The only “illness” he see’s are American’s that want to live free of government intervention at every turn; he can’t understand that because he is the sick one that cannot live or exist without government. He is flawed as are his constituents. They lack the idea of personal responsibility and are so far gone they are going to fight us for our individual wealth and liberties and take them by force if they think they can. Be ready.
The wacky crazy cult of the founders to limit the government to what is enumerated in the constitution. That sicko cult of freedom über alles.
noun, plural kak·is·toc·ra·cies. government by the worst persons; a form of government in which the worst persons are in power.

Remember how the late Jack French Kemp would go out of his way to laud “my friend, Charlie Rangel”. It would make Charlie really angry, but he had to appear gracious. Kemp never understood how Charlie was playing him.
Yes!
Charlie who?
Even Michael Moore thinks Obamacare should be repealed (today’s Times), Charlie. The majority of the people in this country are now against it. Calling us a cult is not going to play very well right now. We were against it first. Now 60-70 percent are. How are we a cult? I would call us the avant-garde.
I would agree....most folks who accomplish tax fraud to the degree that Charlie did...would have to spend at least six to twelve months in some jail. Probably ninety percent would do the time. Charlie? He basically wiggled out of trouble and paid off enough folks to make his problem disappear. This....if one of the thousand issues that most Americans have with government today....special favors for special people, and real people get slammed around.
Michael Moore: 'Obamacare Is Awful'
--snip --
But before you get excited thinking this leftist has suddenly come to his senses, be advised that you're probably not going to agree with Moore's reasons for disliking the "Affordable Care Act."
Why?
Because he's for universal health insurance funded by the roughly 50 percent of Americans that pay income taxes, of course.

Charlie Rangel’s upset a bunch of uppity citizens are attempting to challenge their ‘betters’ in Congress.
That’s what I was referring to. I knew what his reason would be before I even started reading the piece. The important thing is that he realizes Obamacare is a lost cause. We have to get this albatross off the necks of the American people, and he is helping us do that. We’ll fight the other battle later. I think the Pubblies are working on an alternative plan.
I did not read his article in the Slimes but went on by the comment from Neal Sheppard from Newsbusters.org
Very astute observation.
Does anyone with a even-partially-functioning brain cell listen to anything this race-baiter spews? The degenerate should be in prison.
This from a man who took FOUR NYC rent controlled apartments and combined them into a palace for himself.
