Although I understand the issues of freedom of religion and speech that are at the heart of this ongoing story, I think that the story of the Colorado bakery refusing to bake a cake for the homosexual couple is more chilling because you have an agent of the state telling a private business who it will provide services for. I think that all of the talking heads are missing a very important, teachable lesson by fixating only on the Duck Dynasty story. To me the two stories are one, for not only, are you not allowed to freely express your beliefs but you will also be told how, when and where to work. What do you call a person who fears speaking about their beliefs and is told how they will work?
The state has been forcing business who to serve since 60s
In acts and rulings many here laud ad nauseum
Not me
THIS.. As bothered as I am with the DD and A&E story, I am horrified by the bakery story. That is more chilling than anything the Left has complained about in the last 50 years...
I woldn’t have the nerve to eat a cake that a baker was forced to make for me against his will.
