Just say “no” when each queer walks in. The federal government has the power to rain death on one person, but an entire state being passively resistant? They have to take over.
Goverance only works when 98% of the people obey . Any significant resistance causes it to fall apart.
I agree, mass non-compliance would be effective. But I doubt most people have the courage.
