And if you boycotted every business that had made a boo-boo and didn’t kowtow as deeply as you wanted (sounds frankly like an attitude that would come from gays, not from conservatives) you’d soon be enslaved to boycotting everybody.
Fooey. Let God have the rights here and let Him extract whatever tribute He deems appropriate. He’s God, He won’t be mocked. Go to Cracker Barrel whenever the Spirit moves you.

Im thinking that a full kiss and make up between the Robertsons and A&E might be as simple as the Robertsons chipping into an HIV fund.Whyever in the world should they do that? It would be like admitting they don't believe in what they stand for.
They don't need A&E at all. They were already successful, landed multimillionaire employers of hundreds before the show. A&E needs them.

Cracker Barrel caved to the Gay Gestapo.
FYI, "GayKK" also works. *grin*

You definitely have to be choosy. If you want good fruit and veggies at a restaurant, you have to find a non chain.
While our son was in the hospital out of town, I worried that I would gain weight because I was eating out so much. I found a Greek restaurant and stuck to salads and high protein foods. I had some Chinese food and Mexican as well. I did not eat any Southern cookin as there were none of those restaurants near the hospital. Because I had to walk everywhere, I ate healthy and lost weight. I did indulge in cake every two days or so. I was shocked when I returned home and weighed myself. Hubby, on the other hand, was at home with our other children. Wonderful people brought dinner to our family almost every night. It was good Southern cooking. Lets just say no one in our house lost weight or starved during that time. Lol.

Go to Cracker Barrel whenever the Spirit moves you.
I presume you mean The Holy Spirit, since you capitalized the word and made it a name.
Anytime a spirit tells me to return...to go back and eat at CB again...I promise to consider the suggestion and test the spirit. Fair enough?

You really sound snotty and over picky about the obvious. That should be a mirror to you to see where your own attitude is.

It wouldn’t be, except to some rock ribs who are rock headed.
Works of mercy are always in God’s character. Now I think they might also try helping some ex-gay ministries just to fill out the picture.

A&E needs to fire that CEO. She's a ratings whore. (did I say that?)
Yes you said that. You should see what some British lad said about the CEO of Yahoo -- you're a piker compared to him.
You see, she "changed the culture" I guess and for the first time in decades they released a new, buggy mail interface with no notice. It sucked rocks.
The brit observed that this woman was living proof that women belong in the kitchen; not corporate boardrooms.
I guess he was kinda angry...

Women aren’t commonly given to the sort of balanced thought that makes it possible to be a reasonable president. I think also of how Carly Fiorina went through HP and then Lucent, leaving behind troublesome waves in both cases. (HP has recovered better than Lucent, which fell from being the once proud arm of AT&T into Alcatel’s arms.)
Not saying it’s impossible. But modern affirmative action politics have hamstrung the ability of a determined woman to actually learn from the mistakes needed to refine her to the post of an actually effective president. No mistakes, no learning.

The obvious? But you deflected, struck out at a FReeper, and never addressed what he said. What gives?

How about letting God be the arbiter of good and evil for a change. That is my thrust in both cases.

American-made cast iron cookware... with literally generations of seasoning (if cared for properly), IS more precious than gold.
To: Jack Hydrazine; Albion Wilde
One day “they” will finally figure out that soybean oil, Teflon cookware, and diet pop all cause people to vote for halfrican homosexual Marxists... but by that time, The Republic will be long gone. Oops?
To: BamaDi; Beagle8U
I know Wally World sells Lodge cast iron... I have also seen it in a Kings supermarket in Colorado. It’s all American-made in Tennessee IIRC.... and comes preseasoned. It’s all I cook with...
Protip... if you have the medium size skillet, buy a 5 qt dutch oven as the lid for it matches the skillet. If you have the large skillet, get the 7 qt dutch oven as that lid fits the large skillet.
Don’t be afraid to open the box in the store and match up the lid to the skillet.
