The mother of a girl involved in the case of a 6-year-old Colorado boy who was suspended for giving a classmate unwanted kisses says the school did the right thing.

[Snip]

First-grader Hunter Yelton was given a two-day suspension, with a sexual harassment infraction on his discipline record. The boy's mother said the "sexual harassment" mark was too harsh.

True there are some real monsters-in-the-making out there. But what this little boy did was to kiss the little girl’s HAND. Sounds awfully chivalrous and gentlemanly to me. From what I read, it wasn’t the little girl complaining about “unwanted attention” but the teacher who saw this “sexual harassment” for herself. No way this should have escalated as it did. What a wholly unnatural environment the classroom is where no one can touch anyone in a kind and loving way or risk being labeled a pervert. I hope the entire incident is described in this little boy’s record (that he kissed a girl’s HAND) so the idiocy is accurately chronicled in our Brave New World. Lord, please save us from ourselves. And parents: Get your little boys out of these hellholes!

He is a cutie. What a shame that this situation wasn’t handled better by the adults.

Two companies where I’ve worked had harassment policies that said, in effect, “If an uninvolved third party believes that harassment is taking place then, by definition, it is. It does not matter if neither involved party believes it is happening or not.” (I wish I had kept the original wording as it said it better; or more ridiculously.)

It sounds as though this policy is now in use in the school system. What it does is give uninvolved third parties power over others. It’s probably from some liberal template.

I don’t care if it was 100 times it was still not sexual harassment. I can understand a simple misconduct warning and a note to mom. But making it about sex and suspending the boy? No way. This is what happens when feminazis with their eunuch making powers take control of the schools.

I agree with what you are saying about sexual harassment policies in companies with adults (stupid overkill, but thank the GOILS for that). This “one-size fits all” policy in elementary schools is designed to take down little boys. Doesn’t matter what he did or didn’t do, and that’s why I say HOME SCHOOL little boys. What he did (kissing the little girl on the hand) was not an egregious act except in the minds of the Lefties Femis who have taken over the indoctrination of our children. It’s like that high school student (on track for being the valedictorian) who got expelled for bringing a butter knife to school for lunchtime use. Zero Tolerance for weapons brought to school. The morons have taken over, and we are letting them get away with it. Making excuses for their insanity. Time to Rise UP and take it back, Moms & Dads!

No criminal charges have been brought against the boy.

Well, that's a relief. Sheesh.

I wonder what would have happened if he was kissing another boy?

“Doesn’t matter what he did or didn’t do, and that’s why I say HOME SCHOOL little boys”

Most parents couldn’t do this. My father’s teaching method was to scream at me. Then, when that didn’t work, he’d hit me. Not all parents can teach anything. Also, to home school would require most parents to give up one job between them and stay home. By actual count, 75% of wage-earners are living paycheck to paycheck. (Granted, that’s probably from trying to live to the Hollywood TV standard with a stick-built house in a nice neighborhood and two new cars.) I seriously downsized years ago, sold my house, paid off the mortgage and paid cash for a doublewide in the woods, far away from town and the nice neighborhoods. My friends couldn’t believe it. Now, those who have kept their homes are so severely over their heads they couldn’t give up anything to teach the kids at home. (Even if they could “teach.”)

What's taking so long? He should be thrown in the deepest darkest jail cell for eternity. If he's not taken out of society, next he'll be nibbling pop tarts into guns!!!

Yup - making money and buying stuff is way more important to most people than their children’s future even though they delude themselves that’s why they do what they do. But, for those who can home school, the resources are excellent — trouble is with the parents who just want to be their kids buddy, not like when we were children ‘suffering’ under authoritarian parents who were the real boss in the house. When women flooded the work place, nothing improved for the country, for the children, and for the family. Most women drank the koolaid that it would be much better (and easier) to work outside the home and let someone else raise their children. The country is reaping that decision in spades.

The Mother claims that it happened many times., She should teach her daughter how to handle such things. Slap the pee out of the boy and he will stop.

No need to involve school authorities or put it in the record.
Ever wonder how we got along back in the old days.

Bullies eventually got their asses kicked and little girls slapped us.

Kids sometimes grow up to look like their parents. This kid is lucky he found out at a time he can split and not look back.
