Trayvon Martin's parents are working on a book about the killing of their son and the trial and acquittal in Florida of George Zimmerman, publishers say. Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin met with publishers to discuss the book, the New York Times reported Friday. Publishing executives said the couple talked about the role of race in the killing and religion in their lives.
Trayvon was 17 and walking to a relative's house when he encountered Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer, in a gated community in Sanford, Fla. The teenager was unarmed but Zimmerman's attorneys argued he jumped Zimmerman, who fired in self-defense.
Jan Miller, Fulton's and Martin's literary agent, joined the couple for the meetings, the executives told the Times.
While little attention was paid to the shooting immediately after Trayvon was killed in February 2012, the news media began covering it when his family questioned the police decision to release Zimmerman without charges. Zimmerman's trial this year received national and international attention.

Profiting from every once of Trayvon’s blood they can squeeze out of his dead corpse.
If these people want to continue to market to Trayvon fans reading material might not be the right way to go.

Will the topics of Trayvon’s training himself to be a burgler , and his recreational drug use, be topics that are explored by his parents in their book ?
Too bad Tray’s parents had not educated him in the rights of citizen self defence, perhaps Tray would be alive today.

Maybe they can get Bill Ayers to ghost-write it for them.
It will be published as fiction.
