Original photo that Obama tweeted.
The White House Twitter account posted a picture of Obama grinning widely holding a placard encouraging Americans to enroll for Obamacare, but thanks to the magic of Photoshop, the sign soon became a message board for all kinds of spoofs.

Everybody here can laugh all they want. Despite likely future imprications that I should "lighten up" what I have to say is:
This allegedly "stupid" peckerwood just succeeded in nationalizing US Health Care, and very few people even know it yet.
They are still making fun of him as a clown. Obama is no clown. He is getting the facist job done, destroying America step by step.

IMO if obamacare was really about healthcare, his cabal could have looked closely at the Australian model. It works.
