She released the false BC that Obama’s people had inserted into the records.
There is no real Hawaiian BC for Obama.

She allowed Obama to see his own BC two years ago.
She “released” the one that’s pretty well been proven to be an Internet forgery. Nice to have her dead so she can’t testify about the details.
She didn’t release anything. She just stamped “approved” on the standard waiver form that Obama sent in, which is required when someone requests their birth certificate be released to a third party.

The way I read this, is that she did not release it to the public. She allowed Obama access to it.
She was dead before the aircraft hit the water.
The crash was to ‘make it look like an accident.’
