Read the whole story. The guy may very well be guilty, but the article is way biased. No numbers to compare this problem with the civilian world. The kids have a ton of problems. In the olden days this article would be called “Yellow Journalism”. The article wasn’t written as news to inform the public. It was written as propaganda to sway people’s opinions.
