George Zimmerman's girlfriend who called Florida police to say he was breaking her stuff and was brandishing a weapon no longer wants to press charges against him and instead wants to get back together with him.
Zimmerman, 30, who faces a felony aggravated assault charge as well as lesser charges stemming from the incident, is asking to have conditions of his bail modified so he can resume contact with Samantha Scheibe.
According to court documents filed by Zimmerman's attorney Jayne Weintraub, Scheibe, 27, gave a sworn statement in which she wrote, "I do not want George Zimmerman charged."
Zimmerman, who had been acquitted earlier this year of murder in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin, had posted a $9,000 bond and was barred from any contact with Scheibe. He was also ordered to give up his guns and wear an electronic monitor.
Scheibe's new affidavit taken Dec. 6 stated, "When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated...I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police."

This is law enforcement’s worst nightmare in these domestic violence cases — and they should have known better here.
The events here are not unusual. She was pissed and some of what she said either was true or wasn’t. Either way, on reflection, she has become convinced she does not want to do this. The prosecutor doesn’t have to go along with her but the affidavit is designed to severely undermine her statements to police and any future testimony she might give against George.
A very good achievement by George’s attorney.
No surprise here. I prosecuted a guy who shot his cheating wife in the head. She survived despite having chunks of her brain cut out in surgery, “recovered”... and went back to him. She wanted the charges dropped.
Did I mention that she had chunks of her brain cut out?

The POTUS spoke out against him. The U.S. AG investigated him and in spite of no findings against him from the DoJ the AG says he will continue to investigate him. U.S. Congressmen have spoken against him in the well of the House. Rick Santorum publically denounced him as crazy. The FL governor assigned a special prosecutor to bring charges against him. The special prosecutor did. The MSM has lied about and demonized him for nearly two years. Spike Lee tweeted his parent's address for psychos to find them. The NBPP issued dead or alive wanted posters on him. Not one LEA, prosecutor or politician in the country condemned that giving the impression that his assassination has been officially sanctioned. He's a quarter million dollars in debt.
George, if you have to, burn rubber getting the hell out of town.
You're better off with no chick at all than with this.
Little bit of hard-earned advice for George: Don’t date or marry crazy women.
Even if they did, they were under tremendous political pressure not to.
Just like Zimmerman's intial arrest...
