The co-CEO of Archie Comics is being sued for gender discrimination after she allegedly stalked her male colleagues and referred to them as "penis" rather than using their actual names.
But Nancy Silberkleit's lawyer says the lawsuit is bogus because white men aren't members of a "protected class," reports the New York Daily News.
The $3.25-million lawsuit by five Archie employees alleges Silberkleit used her "gender as a weapon" by yelling "Penis! Penis! Penis!" during a meeting.
What's more, the plaintiffs allege she used the term for their names regularly, brought Hells Angels to the office to intimidate them, repeatedly made reference to her late husband's handgun and 750 rounds of ammo supposedly kept in the office and stalked employees and their families.
Silberkleit has denied the allegations, calling them "cruel and mean and inaccurate."
The 59-year-old took over the role of co-CEO after her husband's death in 2008.

Do kids even read Archie anymore? I loved them growing up. When my daughter was younger I picked her up one of the digests, it was, like, $8. I was, like, seriously???WTH? And that was before Soteros inflationary regime. Now they are probably twice that and filled with harmful propaganda. No thanks. I'd stick with, I dunno, Japanese anime or something.
If someone caught a video of any of this, she should be toast. Then again, this is bizarro world.

While there's plenty of good manga out there ("anime" is Japanese animation) and much of it is suitable for children, be careful...there's a lot of manga that's only appropriate for older readers.

lawsuit!! Her lawyer is right, “white ‘MEN’ ........ARE NOT a protected class” as that term has come to be known in our dis-functional society and do not NEED to be!
Instead, “white men as a class, by and large, but for the usual sub species, much prefer to maintain our credibility so that we can maybe someday lead “ALL CLASSES” out of the mire and the muck they have gotten themselves into over sueing their fellow man/woman for every imaginable slight!!!!

The "Afterlife With Archie" cover I showed aside, there's arguably less T&A in Archie comics than there used to be. Artist Dan DeCarlo would regularly show Betty & Veronica in various stages of PG-rated undress.
Strictly to advance the storyline, I'm sure... :-)
