My biggest concern is that a great many people will come flooding through Healthcare.gov before the Dec 23 deadline and the government will not have completely fixed the backroom connection it has between Obamacare and the insurance companies, says Robert Laszewski, a health insurance consultant at Health Policy and Strategy Associates. That could lead to lots of customer service issues.
Indeed, some insurance companies could still be processing new customers early next year.
