The Florida media has gone ape over Crist....it is troubling that according to this poll, Independents favor Crist 51 to 30 or something like that....

In a head-to-head match-up, Crist leads Scott 46-36, with 19 percent of Floridians undecided.

Only 33 percent of Floridians approve of Scott’s performance, and 52 pecent disapprove.

Crist has 46 percent of Floridians believing he understands them, and Scott has 33 percent. Fifteen percent believe neither understands average Floridians.

It’s a long, long way to the election.

I remember when Anthony Weiner was ahead, in New York too.

Crist is puke walking. Like Maine, people in Florida have their heads up their AARP- arses and keep electing these commie politicians that are ruining America.

The ad campaign hasn't really started here. The only ones I've seen were calling Crist a flake, which is pretty much accurate.

Scott wanted to expand medicare under ACA and his own party had to stop him. Another GOP governor who betrayed the voters.

There's a Charlie Crist joke in there somewhere.

keep electing these commie politicians that are ruining America.....

That’s what I don’t get.
So many come to America to get away from communist dictators. They should be the first to recognize & vote them OUT!

The Democrats have a better “get out the dead vote” campaign than the Republicans do. Just remember, they reelected Grayson for Congress. So there is no telling what kind of fraud the Florida Demoncraps will be pulling n the next election. And Wasserman-Schultz will be working her magic with the voters too.

“The Florida media has gone ape over Crist....”......

If the media supports Crist, that should send up a trillion red flags to be extra carefull. I anticipate the possibility of the media stacking the deck.

Florida's economy is doing pretty well. While some may express a preference for Crist in these polls, they might sit the race out for fear of changing course.

Scott has been a pretty good gov for Florida IMO. He is not 100% right for sure but replacing that wacko crist was a dream come true. He is also not very popular here, my sense is 100% of the dems and 20% of the GOP would rather he not be governor which leads me to this: seemingly no matter what a dem does, their base never wavers but the Conservatives do not allow for one foible. That is killing us.

On the issues I am concerned about, abortion, guns, even the removal of the stand your ground law, Scott is for me. I am not happy about his stand on some other matters but one has to look at his personal history to undersand why he feels as he does. He is not patrician like as were Bush and Romney as Scott was not born well off. The state of florida will rue the day they put that lizard Crist back in office here but unfortunately that is the way it looks it is going to be as the PR Dem/media machine is ginned up to ensure that happens. His early campaign chest is fueled by lawyers and dopey widow dupes from South Florida and as anyone knows in Florida, it is the dog that wags the conservative North due to the number of libs and retirees down there. I wish we could secede from So Fla but that will never happen.
In the last election, Scott won principally because he was on a ticket with the then popular Rubio IMO. There are no coattails in this coming election. O care is not as big an issue in Fl as elsewhere given the high number of medicare cases here and the dems mine that base to the extremes.

Let’s see what y’all are stacked up against:

Congressmen-for-Life, like DWS and Corrine Brown;

140% voter turnout in Miami-Dade;

College brats in Gainesville voting four times in the same day;

The Walking Dead vote;

Three generations of snowbirds who bring Leftist politics with them;

A party who instead of a responsible sitting governor, are holding up people like Pam “Justice-for-Trayvon!” Bondi;

And the Media;

We are so screwed.

Scott wanted to expand medicare under ACA and his own party had to stop him. Another GOP governor who betrayed the voters.

Add his blatant cronyism and paying off the teacher's unions with taxpayer money even though they'll campaign against him.

I'm having a hard time finding reasons to vote for Rick Scott.
