I’ve been reading about the guy’s tenure as mayor. It’s quite interesting. Both for his long-running belligerence and substance abuse problems, and some surprisingly sound leadership decisions. Balanced budgets, cutting perks and unnecessary government staff, reining in the public sector unions, etc.
We could do worse, LOL.
