If President Obama has lost Donny Deutsch, has he lost the Hamptons? But seriously, the adman has generally been an an enthusiastic supporter of the President. So when he gives a very pessimistic prediction as to the ability of Obamacare to rebound from its . . . debacular debut, it's worth noting.
On today's Morning Joe, Deutsch described Obamacare as so "tarnished" and "damaged" that he doubted that it could ever fully recover, even if President Obama took Joe Scarborough's advice and attempted a total reboot.

Last night while watching Megyn Kelly dismantle Carville, I was curious as to what her 9PM counterpart, Rachel Maddow, was saying about the day’s events: Clinton’s comments, Feinstein’s break with Obama...all of it. So I watched a later airing of her show, and to my amazement..she didn’t devote one word to any of it. Instead, her lead story was how the net worth of freshman members of Congress was one million more than that of the average American. Talk about playing ostrich...

Ken, I watched Rachel too. And when I watched one night last week, same deal: not one word about Obamacare. Do they really think they can simply ignore this fiasco?

I think they’re absolutely clueless..in total denial. It’s way past playing ostrich...it’s Hitler in the bunker...ordering imaginary armies to counterattack.
HillaryCare was supposedly a “done deal”, too....until the mob of senior citizens armed with walkers and canes, chased Ran Rostenkowski down the street when he went back home. HillaryCare was buried that day, until it was resurrected by Obama.
Mobs of angry citizens who have lost their health care plans should take a page from that Medicare demonstration and confront their Democrat congress critters at every town hall meeting until ObamaCare goes down.
Perhaps the Left’s dream of government-run health care will be buried for another 15 years...or until Democrats think the electorate has forgotten this recycled debacle.

What they don’t realize is that ObamaCare is *supposed* to fail so the Democrats can come back and pass single payer as the “solution”.
Eye on the prize, amigos. That’s why the Dems are allowing so much public trashing of ObamaCare. They *know* it will fail so they can usher in single payer which is what they’ve always wanted, even what Obama has always wanted.
No, they GOPe will. They will rush through some bill to save obama care, which will in turn be composed of some crap. Of course, they’ll do this before the 14 election, so the dems can step in and blame the fiasco on the GOP, promising to fix what the GOP broke.
It’s a never ending story.
Even some here on FR and hoping the GOP runs in with a fix ASAP. The dems couldn’t imagine a fix if they wanted to. I’ve heard all sorts of asinine fixes they are proposing. All are about as realistic as unicorn skittle farts.
Screw it. Let them own it. It is their baby. It will cripple them after the mandate kicks in and fines start rolling. This thing is a house of cards that will collapse ON IT’S OWN without anyone’s help. The dems will have to repeal it. The GOP should stay out of their way.
As it gets worse and worse, the GOP can remind voters on how Reid wouldn’t even bring the delay bills to the floor. How the dems were the PARTY OF NO.
Of course this won’t happen, it’s just wishful thinking.
Obamacare will be hung around the necks of the GOP by 14 thanks to the “moderates” who are going to run in and “fix” it.. F’ em.
Let it collapse on it’s own. It will be Obozo’s legacy, and the dems legacy.
