Christie got 51 percent of the Hispanic vote. Impressive. Not my choice for republicans in 16, but whoever the candidate is, they should try to emulate his outreach.

Anything Christie has to say is not worth listening to. He is just another crooked, lying politician.

By "show up" he means "surrender."

I predict Kris Krispy Kreme will be Hillary's running mate.

Christie should work on shedding some of his weight.

Christie’s bossy, self-important, non theoretical, make it up as you go style of governing will not play outside of New Jersey at this time of needing to get back to the Constitution.

Even Eleanor Clift said he didn’t run in NJ as a republican.

Blechh. We need him telling us what to do?

He has no self discipline. He states no familiarity with the constitution. He didn’t run in NJ as a republican against a Dem who had zer support from her dem party. He couldn’t win against Hillary, because he’s her, but a guy, an obese white man.

We are not ever going to buy him as a candidate - he’s more schmoozy, no moral compass than either McCain or Romney, and we’re not going to go for this.

He’s already the darling of the media.

And he;s started bossing us around.

He’ll be as papurlar outside NJ as Guiliani was outside NY, and for the same reasons.

Clift said Pat Buchanan says ‘so he won NJ’ as if NJ was Hawaii or something.

Well, it is, Eleanor. It is NOT the rest of the country by a long shot.

these guys, Christie, et al. They are up against the twitter, internet populace this time around.

Cruz went on Leno, and he’ll do that again, to reach the audience, NOT to schmooze Jay, who may end up even liking him, in spite of himself.

But Hillary won’t go on those shows. Not without a teleprompter.

She won’t be doing virtual town halls and she can’t do twitter. She doesn’t have the honesty and the moral compass it’s going to take.

Christie is running against Obama, but that’s not who’s running in 2016.

When Romney (the skinny RINO) showed up in a Black Neighborhood during the Campaign, the tolerate Black Liberals living there chased him out.

They prefer their Democrat Slave Masters who show up with promises of a better life. as long as a better life means getting Reparations money from the Republican Whiteys.

I’m so glad the Election of Lord Obama improved Race Relations in this Country.

Why did Christie make a pitch to unseat the NJ state minority leader, Tom Kean, jr., saying that he (Christie) could work with the Dem Majority leader, Sweeney?

Tom Kean. Sr was the most popular Republican in New Jersey history, having won with bigger vote margins than Christie. Tom Kean, Sr. even congratulated Christie on his re-election, just before Christie stabbed Tom Kean, jr. in the back.

He’s right about this topic.

Our candidates worry too much about preaching to the choir, and in “safe” neighborhoods.

Over conscious about “return on investment”.

Need to move OUT of the their comfort zone and campaign in urban centers and focus on inviting minorities, to explain to them how the free markets can FREE them from the chains of government programs.

Did Chris Christie campaign for Cuccinelli in VA?
Did Chris Christie campaign for Lonergan in NJ?
Did Chris Christie’s reelection change the composition of the NJ legislature?
Did Chris Christie appointed Judge Napolatano (for example) to fill the unexpired term for U.S. Senate until 2014?
Did Chris Christie schedule the special election for the day of the General Election where his coat tails (NOT) should have helped the remainder of the Republican line?

THE ANSWER IS THE SAME FOR ALL THE QUESTIONS = NO!

He appears to be very comfortable with another, no record of consequence Democrap, representing NJ in the U.S. Senate!

Good point. Christie hates blind people, that is the only conclusion.

You can damn well bet that if blind people made up 13% of the population, Christie would’ve campaigned for Steve.

Christie is bad news. I am not interested in his candidacy. Maybe his bs hugging Obama crap flies in Jersey, but not in my house.

Christie, fresh off a 22-percentage point win for re-election, said the GOP must go into Hispanic and black communities, talk with seniors and campaign in traditionally Democratic-leaning areas.

Regardless of how we might feel about Chris Christie, he is absolutely right about this. Conservatives share many of the ideas on social issues with some blacks and Hispanics, and we should be speaking directly to them. We can also talk about jobs and the economy, since it is they who have been affected most negatively by the economy created by Obama and the Democrats.

We go to all kinds of other groups, why not minority groups? We want THEIR votes, as well, and if the past few elections are any evidence, we NEED their votes.

About the only thing CC won’t show up for is a dieters meeting and a conservatives rally.

Even if there are free doughnuts.

He may have meant it in his own RINO terms, but the recipe is correct - if we don’t show up, we will never defeat the Dims or the RINOS.
