A retiree was walking his German Shepherd, Jade, in a park in Birmingham, England, on Thursday afternoon when she suddenly ran toward the bushes, laid down next to a bag that had been left behind, and refused to move.
When owner Roger Wilday got closer, he realized that the bag was a carrier - with a baby inside. Wilday ran to a friend's house nearby to call the police.

Didn’t sound like sarcasm. but I did read your tagline and let it go. Kind of hard to smirk in text. Try again.

I have to agree, having been a “baby nurse” for my entire career. Some you look at and think, “damn...just smile and say it’s gorgeous.” The GSD is not nearly as good looking as mine though, but I’ll give it a pass.

Just as a point of information (without commenting on the general tenor of your post), German Shepherds have more commonly been known as ‘Alsatians’ in Britain. Although German Shepherd is now the approved breed name (approved, that is, by the Kennel Club, which is the national authority for such things), Alsatian is still widely used.
