NORTH DAKOTA -- A former North Idaho man who battled the Environmental Protection Agency has been arrested and charged with sex trafficking in North Dakota.
Michael Sackett, 47, made his first court appearance in federal court Tuesday.
Sackett faces charges for attempting to entice an underage girl across state lines to engage in a commercial sex act.
Sackett and his wife Chantell made headlines when they fought the EPA over some land they bought in Priest Lake that was later determined to be wetlands by the agency.
The couple brought their fight all the way to the Supreme Court and won.
Sackett will be back in court Friday.
Not just gulls, minahs :)
gonna be a HUGH false flag! National riots, martial law big. anything to keep his crack off the front page!
"Coincidenza?"
From what I see he never even got into his car or got on an airplane to meetup with the 14 yo girl. He tried to entice? Looks like bs to me but even if he did there should not be much of a penalty for enticing. But knowing the Feds there prolly is and they will selectively enforce it
I despise pedophilia but there is no physical interaction here
I no longer believe these sex abuse child porn charges as being real.
Pope John PaulII dismissed such charges in the West because they were used all the time in the communist countries. He did not realize that up til about 15 year ago, our government did not have that sort of control. They do now.
OTOH, it's absurd to think our dear leader would condone such action against the serfs.../s
Dang! You mean the Egyptians didn't care much for the Muslin Spring and all of Obama's toadies?
Probably a set up and payback for opposing them. Beats an IRS audit that the IRS might not win.
Wow.
lol
