Texas Senator Ted Cruz (R) told Glenn Beck during a radio interview Thursday that conservatives are “winning” the battle in Washington over Obamacare and the “government shutdown.”
“We’re winning the debate,” the senator remarked. “That’s why they are scared and they are attacking us. The more shrill it gets, the more scared they are.”

He is right! My good FRiends here need to look real close at Boehners actions...all have been right on target. Boehner and Cruz have had a long relationship...this will work out if we stick together. There are about 70 or so solid conservatives in the house and many more leaners.
Boehner has been a disappointment on several fronts but he has the message now.
Sometimes we preach to the choir here...which is fine but I suggest we go after other targets.

No but I’m getting updates from “Don’t Fund It.com” (I had signed the petition). The clock is now counting the days the government has been closed (had been counting the days until it closed). Americans can still sign the petition. It was 1.5M during his 21 hour time on the floor. It is now well over 2M.

Boehner I believe has decided NOT to run for speaker again!! I believe
he is truly trying to save the country and no longer gives a rats behind
about his career! I have been VERY surprised at his standing firm!!! I
