Just a little uplifting news I wanted to share. I understand there is some significant evidence the republicans are sitting on with these scandals. Are waiting until the first of the year where this info will be front and center, it is all about timing. Just something told to me by a decent source. Sounds reasonable.
This is where I think the Democrats are not getting the point - their constituency is the one that wants government spending. Republicans are fine with the Department of Education not being funded for a couple of weeks, but the Dems are going to hear it from their own base. Repubs have no pressure on them other than manufactured pressure from the press and Beltway pundits.

Just how much is this little excursion of his costing us taxpapers? If the gov’t is shutdown, should he be driving all over costing us extra gas and extra security $$s?
It appears that his ‘front/advance men’ (the ones that find the venue,set-up the venue and TOTUS)and additional security detail outside the WH are considered ‘essential personnel’. Just think, if he hadn’t spent money on this trip, Moochelle ma Belle may have had the money to pay someone to tweet for her for another week or so.
