How can Obama still go abroad without it being funded?
My thoughts too...why can’t they just sent over seperate bills? Just allocate the necessary/constitutional funds & that’s it.

Another problem...at least one software program installed to handle obamacare is causing our local hospital’s finance dept a huge headache.
The hospital is being nice and calling it a glitch. But basically, when payment is made, the software is adding to the balance instead of subtracting the payment.
This happened to me to the tune of $3200 when my balance was less than $500 after my insurance paid.
He’ll right himself an Executive Order. Why don’t his wealthy supporters donate the money to fund his next vacation?

I see what you are saying, but with the MSM an official arm of the White House and DNC, when it failed, it would still be talking points to the point of brainwashing that it was “rich Republicans fault” that they (Barry voter) didn’t get healthcare. Most Americans don’t want this boondoggle. They are already smart enough to see the writing on the wall.
An executive order doesn’t originate in the House. I don’t think he CAN allocate money for himself.
And especially not if the House already allocated all the revenue to either genuinely-critical services or to debt reduction. If they did that they wouldn’t have to raise the debt ceiling because our debt would actually start going DOWN as funds would be allocated to go to principal...
Families do this kind of thing all the time. It’s called tightening your belt...

I’ve mulled over just about every scenario, wondering which one would have the best outcome for the people.
I have thought just let it go through, but then I think of all the other programs that are so entrenched that we’ll never be rid of them, and I sudder to think.
From all appearances, it’s going to be implemented - unless the strategy is to have obama do away with the individual mandate requirement for a year and come out the hero.
