Dear Heavenly Father,
You said that when two or more are gathered in Your name, there You are also. We come together as friends and family of Jim to ask that You place Your hand of protection upon Jim during his surgery today. Lord, bless the hands, minds, and souls of the surgical team. Let their hands be Your hands. Let their decisions be Your decisions. We lift him up to You and ask that You carry him through surgery and return him to us happy, healthy, and whole.
We also ask that Your Holy Spirit provide an overwhelming sense of peace for Jim, Sheila, Chris, and John. Comfort them as they wait for good news from the surgical team. Bless and keep each of them today.
Your Holy Word says that in Christ all things are possible. We ask these things in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ and thank you for answered prayers.
Your humble servants, Amen

Sounds good.
I would probably have a rapid heart rate too if facing an amputation.
Yes I will.
Sorry, haven’t been able to post. Heart rate still up, dehydrated, magnesium low. They’re pumping fluids into me now. Will be moving me to a room soon and maybe I can get set up for posting. Will post the new schedule for surgery as soon as I can. Thank you all very much for your prayers. God bless.
Still praying.
Jim- praying that the fluids to the trick and that you will be able to rest and be ready for surgery. Take care and God bless you with peace and rest.
Thank you both again.
Wonderful news they’ve found Jim’s problem and thank God it’s not serious.
Continued prayers for Jim.

I like your idea of having the Senate pray for Jim.
I know the likelihood of that happening, though.

Sweetest, dearest you, Jim. Please don’t worry about posting!
Thank God, they found the cause of your racing heart beat. You’ll be A-Okay now and set for surgery tomorrow. We’re all praying for you and God is with you.
God bless you and your loving family, including your FReeper family.
Praise God and your wonderful doctors for pumping those fluids into you and also that magnesium. It’s seems it’s most always the simple things, like magnesium and we sure thank our good Lord for that!
XOXOXOXO
Hope they do give you magnesium. That not only can relax your heart but calm you too! Prayers up!
