Dear GOP,
You've pulled the football away from us for the last time. From now on, my default preference in ANY election is no longer Republican. I will vote for select individuals whom I think I can trust, not who feed me a line of B.S. and then back away when safely ensconced in office.
No yard signs. No contributions. No responding to polls. No personal campaigning among family and friends. No more holding my nose to vote for a moderate, RINO or 'the-lesser-of-two-evils'. I did that in an effort to avoid what I considered the worst-possible candidate for President ever foisted upon the country, and it failed twice. NEVER AGAIN. Be conservative and show sincere, healthy respect for the Constitution, and you have a chance to earn my vote. None others need reply.
I've never been a registered Republican, but as a conservative, that's the closest I could come to a party affiliation. NO MORE.
IF YOU THINK THE 'BASE' ABANDONED YOU IN THE 2012 ELECTIONS, YOU AIN'T SEEN NUTHIN' YET!
Sarah Palin has my support. Ted Cruz has my support and gratitude for his Herculean effort. A relative handful of others in the House and Senate get my support. That's about it.
Tried to call them, twice, and the automated system sent me to to consitutent services and it just rang and rang and rang. I’m guessing they are getting an earful from USa.
Some poster mentioned a new party called The Constitutional Party, I think that was it. I’m on board.
100% agree!
The RNC called for money, soon after the Cruz filibuster. They were looking for dummies who didn’t know the difference between Cruz and the Republicans. I told them that too, also demanded my name be taken off their list. In the future, I would be giving any donations to individual Senators or congressmen not to the party.
The GOP has spent the last 20 years kissing up to the media & corporations and they still hate them. The general public would never have been won over by the Democrats, the Republicans did it. Have you ever considered that Republican elected leaders actual hate conservative voters more than Democrats do.
I have been a Republican since I first voted in 1960. Old habits die hard, but I agree, it is probably time to go as they are human nothings Democrats lite!
Check us out sometime soon.
If you lived in Boehner's district, for example, would you vote for Boehner, the Dem, a 3rd party candidate with no chance of winning, or nobody?
Targeting the Dem would realistically mean voting for Boehner, since there's no 3rd party with sufficient strength at the moment.
I would not vote for Boehner, period. If the Dem wins, he was probably gonna win, anyway.
I will never again knowingly waste a vote on a proven RINO.
Good. Give em hell.
Nice rantity/vantity. But two things.
1. The GOP doens’t care about any of your points, because when the day is done...
2. You’ll still vote for the Repub.
Not another dime to the GOP Republican party...all money will now be sent to conservative causes. My support will extend to the Tea Party, Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz. I don’t want Democrats ever elected and that includes Democrat-lites.
In 1993 I knew we were going to become a police state. I was right.
In 2003 I declared myself to no longer be affiliated in any way with the Republicans, because they were merely renamed Democrats. I was right.
In 2005, I wrote “First we beat the Soviet Union. Then, we became them.” I was right.
Now I tell you this: No later than 2016, MAYbe out to 2018, American currency will collapse inasmuch as the debt load is unsustainable. America will then break apart into smaller regions.
Wanna bet against me?
The RNC has sent me four letters in the past few months to renew my membership and collect my dues, and each time I’ve ignored them. Let’s just say I’m in no hurry to re-up with those sorry people at this time.
It's never been more clear that BOTH parties are responsible for where we are, now. Occasional, true conservative Republicans have slowed down our country's move toward progressivism but by and large Republicans have played on the Democrat's team.
*Some assembly required.
