If the House refuses to pass a bill funding obamacare then it doesn’t get funded. Period. And according to James Madison, that is their right and duty.
The senate has no say in the matter. If they amend the bill and send it back to the house, then the house rejects it. Then begins passing a series of individual “clean” bills to fund each and every essential department one by one. If Reid amends them, reject them again. They can play this game right up to election day. The people will not be fooled by Obama/Reid.
Exactly, and I suspect that will be how it goes, and while the entire thing works out, obamacare will be elevated to front and center of social debate.
They passed this crap under cover of darkness and with backhanded loophole technicalities.
