Republican Sen. Rand Paul says President Barack Obamas health care law probably can't be defeated or gotten rid of.
And hes suggesting there is little he and other congressional Republicans can do to stop the law from taking effect.

Wait, thats sounds way too logical for washington idiots to pull off.
I suspect by Oct 1st the public will feel the first personal pinch of Obamacare.
I say kudos to Cruz for holding off funding until people feel the weight of Obamacare.
He is asking the people to flank Obama.
I say we clobber the SOB
Why is he talking like that? Maybe he does not want Ted Cruz stealing his thunder with a filibuster in the senate.
I know people keep saying that, but it is out of ignorance.
Go look at the record. That was the start of the resurgence of the republican party.
Yes, the repubs lost a few seats along the way, but they gained more than they lost and each year has been better than the last.
The repubs most serious losses have been when they tried to be half conservative and half progressive.
Like Michelle O’s school lunch, it is not palatable.
Those who half heartedly fight never win.
The best way to get rid of Obamacare is to end all exemptions and exceptions. Put all government workers and unions, including teachers, on the Obamacare exchanges and force the Democrats to swallow a dose of their own medicine. Let them show us how its done.
So much for Rand Paul being so smart ... hey dumbass --- if the House of Representatives doesn't allocate the funds to PAY for Obamacare -- Obamacare doesn't happen!
Have you forgotten the Constitution?!
We now have the stage to ask why Unions, Congress, Muslims and select Business’s are being exempted, on the eve of our being penalized.
I say it is time we have a chin wag with our elected officials.
LOL, not enough pitch forks.
Here is a good little meme you hear dumb asses throwing around as of late.
“It’s the law of the land”
Well so was slavery, and in the past 3 years so was traditional marriage.
If anyone can understand change Obama fans can.
Hit them in the mush with that “It’s the law of the land” crap!!!
Excellent point. Rand wants to be the star, like he was for the drone wars, but Cruz, if he really succeeds in shifting the populated momentum on Obamacare, from a position of surrender to a position of fighting it to the death, he would rise to the status of legendary hero. Arguments about his eligibility notwithstanding, he would become unstoppable. Paul can’t let that happen. So he’s wounding the Cruz resistance just enough to derail the Cruz ascendancy, but not enough to alienate his own eventual base. A dangerous calculation, if we are seeing it correctly.
I know! LOL
Let’s just roll back civil rights and return to slavery while we’re at it too! If it was good enough to be the “law of the land” then, it’s good enough now! :-)
Who is more like Reagan...Cruz, who projects full confidence, declaring ObamaCare the enemy, and marching into battle? Or Paul, hemming and hawing, sounding more like Jennifer Rubin than Mark Levin, and telling us what CAN’T be done?
A fair point, but Cruz is no ones dog.
Cruz sure is working wonders from a Jr position behind the lines in a Dem controlled Congress.
Never say never.
I do not see Paul front and center in this fight.
That is a reflection on Paul.
Then HHS. If done right this could absolutely crack the Dems.
Paul, you could have stopped it if you and your spineless buddies had vetted the usurper.
Have to agree with you - its sad.
What can improve this?
Levin's new book on Amendments has some good, solid ideas.
I've only read about half but I feel some encouragement.

If they don't clean up their acts, we'll always be losers.
If they had cleaned up their acts much earlier, we would have the numbers.
Tough times call for tough measures.
Cowboy up.
