Doesn’t the House control the purse strings? If the Senate does not pass it, can’t the House just withhold funding? I realize it is not that simplistic, but I'd sure like to know why the House can't just keep the People's wallet closed no matter what the Senate does.

It means the House has voted to fund government except ObamaCare for the next 90 days. The Senate won’t.
What happens then is anyones guess.

Granted they want single payer. They’ve circled the wagons just to protect their hero. Will be interesting to see if they continue to do so after discovering that he’s a warmonger.
