WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police and the FBI say there's a report of a shooter inside a military building at the Washington Navy Yard.
Police are responding to reports of shots fired, and an FBI spokeswoman says there's at least one victim.

At this point, from the scanner and different news channels, it sounds as though there are two shooters down, the situation is still fluid and they just sent in the same people that helped catch the Boston bombers.
All this unconfirmed, just gathered from scanner and various news sources.
Channel 0-11 is the new channel that they are using for information on incident.

DC Police press briefing should have started 20 minutes ago....commentator believes there are so many LE and military forces involved that there's probably a lot difficulty getting a presser together in a timely and coherent fashion.

One involved DC hospital reporting they admitted three brought in by helicopter. One has gunshot wounds to leg involving bone and blood vessels....another gunshot to shoulder, the third has head and one other wound....all expected to recover. Two females, one male.
Plenty of experienced surgeons and trauma teams waiting in trauma operating rooms for any more wounded victims flown or motored in.
