WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police and the FBI say there's a report of a shooter inside a military building at the Washington Navy Yard.
Police are responding to reports of shots fired, and an FBI spokeswoman says there's at least one victim.

I guess the PC term is ‘African-American armored vehicle’ BUT this will upset a lot of people also.

Bulldozer is their ‘catchall’ much like AR15 for anything more powerful than a ‘Red Ryder’ or SUV for anything that is SAFER than an Electric Device for Transportation.
As far as I know you are right. The AR-15 designation is for civilian use and semiautomatic only. M-16 is military with full auto select.

If the shooter yelled, “Allahu Akhbar,” then it’s a case of workplace violence.
“Shooter still active, but injured and contained.” Numerous fatalities.
