Yes, and won't it show sheer genius when bestiality is legalized.

And then do it for to the children. Won't that show sheer genius.

I can think of any number of things that would reveal sheer genius in the Constitution, if you let people do any damned thing they want.

Hey, I was born with a killer gene. It isn't my fault. My weakness should be covered too.

Yep, sheer genius.

Foul harridan.

LIBERTY is central to the Constitution, not government-enforced “equality.”

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, remembering always that happiness did not mean a day at Disneyland. It meant worshipping as one pleases, security in one’s person and property, and just in general living life as one sees fit.

It was the French Revolution that emphasized liberty, equality, and fraternity, and the presence of equality in that list is one reason their revolution devolved into a bloodbath and ours didn’t.

Lord, deliver us from the Satanic influence of this loathsome beast.

The only ‘genius’ [I call it flight of impossible fancy] in the Constitution to which she is referring is our founding fathers’ lack of understanding how unchecked freedom can sometimes mutate to impossible perversion.

Our Constitution, Declaration of Independence and the solemn efficacy of the Bill of Rights were God inspired, I believe, and executed through divine right by righteous men who crafted a system of government to be created by honest, God-fearing men and women, the likes of which had never before been seen on this earth.

The problem as it has turned out that these honest rules made for honest men have been subverted by perverted evil people against us. It drives the Democrat Party, black politics, immigration, womens’ movements, nearly all of our higher education institutions, and the throngs of entitlement leeches that have only a paid vote to contribute.

It shows how perverted scumbags in black robes can undermine the constitution and read crap into it that isn’t there.

Ginsburg said equality has always been central to the Constitution

Anyone know what Constitution Justice Ginsberg is referring to? It can't possibly be the US Constitution.

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

“So I see the genius of our Constitution, and of our society, is how much more embracive we have become

The Constitution and Bill of Rights are about balance. This woman has no idea what it's about. When you give any group special rights you take away the rights of others.

If the Founding Fathers had thought for a minute that pervert “marriage” would ever become an issue in this country they would have addressed it...irrefutably...in the Constitution. And you know it,you filthy ACLU Marxist b*tch!

How “embracive” individuals feel about the pretense that a gay ceremony has any connection to real marriage has nothing to do with the Constitution. How well we protect Freedom of Religion is central to the Constitution. Sadly, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in her professional decisions has no interest in the Constitution except to the extent that it can be twisted to support her personal whims.

Orrin G. Hatch and the Republican primary voters of UT helped make Ginsburg’s path to confirmation very easy.

..growing acceptance of gay marriage.....

We are not accepting gay marriage. It is being forced on us. I simply laugh at anyone asking about gay marriage. It is not possible for homos to consummate a marriage, therefore it is as phony as monopoly money.

“U.S. Constitution Too Old, Ginsburg Says”
February 10, 2012
From theTrumpet.com

“Supreme Court justice encourages Egypt to look to South African model instead.”

Perchance she has rediscovered the genius of our Constitution.
