There was a moment Friday when the leader of the free world explained the awe and sympathy his job provokes among colleagues.
At the end of a Group of 20 summit in Russia, President Obama recounted a recent conversation he had had with another head of state, as the question of whether the United States would soon attack Syria loomed over the gathering.
Im a small country, and nobody expects me to do anything about chemical weapons around the world, Obama quoted his fellow leader as saying. They know I have no capacity to do something, and its tough because people do look to the United States.
Then, shifting to his own voice, Obama said: And the question for the American people is, Is that a responsibility that were willing to bear?
At the heart of Obamas parable about the burdens of power is the reason why a second-term president has suddenly turned to an unpredictable, unruly and often-hostile Congress for a decision on war.
He wants an answer to his question: What, after nearly a dozen years of war, is the country willing to bear? Obama appears willing, so far, to risk a severe setback to his presidential prestige to get an answer, even if it turns out to be as seems quite possible that the country will not support even a limited military intervention in Syrias civil war.

obamaumao demands Congress do this— HOW about HE starts doing this in his chaotic make it up policy is running its course.
Pharoh Obama I: So let it be written so let it be done...

What possible “small country” leader would ever get obamaumao’s ear like that at the G20 meeting. Back this up and someone find out who he spent time speaking to — this sounds quite contrived.. the community organizer’s way of getting the community to decide to be the worlds chem war policemen. the “arent’ you ashamed” tone makes one sick.
Fake conversation.
Fake example.
Fake President.
And the answer to the question is “NO! Someone else can fix the world. 70 years is enough.”
FUBO.
FUBO, POSOTUS

Grand Fenwick?
Sounds ans smells like bull poop to me.
Obama should have said, “little country, we know you are little, but you can surely pony up something to help. After all, what the hell are you doing at the G-20? You should never say you have a problem with chemical weapons unless you are willing to use some of your own blood and treasure to back up your beliefs. Americans have been fighting and dying for years now. Doing the work that others are not willing to do. Stand up and be a man. Help out or just go sit down in the kitchen”.
... an unpredictable, unruly and often-hostile Congress ...
...the country will not support even a limited military intervention in Syrias civil war...

Trying to pull of a Clintonian lie? I don't think so....
If not, kick the UN out.
Isn’t that called “exceptionalism”?
Didn’t Barry spend the first 4 years of his presidency going around the world apologizing for those who believed in that?
What a feckless weasel. Congress provides authorization for the “commander in chief”, As commander he get to figure out the rest.
