“Just letting you know that I will no longer be voting republican in any future elections. I have long suspected that the GOP does not represent my conservative views (healthcare, immigration, bailouts) but with the news today that our House Leader will vote for a war that has nothing to do with America’s interests, I have changed my political affiliation for voting and I am done with the GOP.”

The democrat party spent from 2000 until 2006 demonizing Bush and the Republican party as the party of warmongering and lying about or exaggerating the dangers of the use of WMD’s. The democrat party rode, yes rode this very issue to power. Now it is the democrat party with a democrat POTUS who want to ride us to war and the Republican’s response is to give them cover!!? Really!?!
