I don’t love “that law”. Maybe that law should be changed, but until then, personnel should follow the law.
Geez, if I could only fit into my dress uniform right now (temporary condition, d@mmit!) I would write out a sign, hold it over my face & just barely let my name tag show, with all my ribbons, etc., be photographed and upload.
When some Pentagon desk jockey ID’s me in order to send me a threatening letter, he/she will only learn that they are speaking to a retired veteran.
