I don’t love “that law”. Maybe that law should be changed, but until then, personnel should follow the law.

So if tomorrow morning our so called “leaders” wake up and decide to start full scale ground invasion into Syria it will be OK with you?

“Maybe that law should be changed, but until then, personnel should follow the law.”

All the way to his demise our his country’s demise? Really? That’s just symbolism over substance. Following the law for the sake of the law. That’s just plain stupidity. Not to mention, his CIC isn’t following the law, violates it daily, yet he should be held accountable for it just because he has no political influence?

As his employer I want to hear from him. He works for me as does the President. No company succeeds when the workers are told to just shut up and the owners never listens. I want to listen. Once any military orders to war are made then he can just shut up and do his job. He has a responsibility to inform his employers of important views or facts. Until then, I want to hear from him, law or no law of the UMCJ.

Shutting down the voice of the military is like a company owner finding that the middle managers have told the employees never to talk to the owners and firing them if they do.

The rule of law is dead. The people voted an end to it on Nov. 6th 2012.

What stinking law ya talking about? Wide open lawless violent borders as your government aids and abets millions flooding in illegally? Compassionate undeclared wars lasting 10 years, costing trillions in American treasure?

All this as your government illegally taps your telephones, your health records, monitors your email, seizes your phone records, and spy's on and performs surveillance on it's own citizens 24/7?

What laws are ya taking about?

Military personnel can say whatever they wish anomalously. By obscuring their face, that is what they are doing...

Did the founding fathers follow the law?

Are we really sure the military garbed with the signs really are military?

Maybe they are "Agent provocateurs".
