I was changing channels and came across HLN. They were discussing this and one said since tree were no blacks on the jury, that was grounds for a new trial. They had talked to an alternate juror who was black and she said she wished she had been able to get the others to hear her views. They also talked about the poor quality of life he had had-—no parents to speak of, in and out of jail since he was very young. I do not think he learned anything from that. Bless his little heart. Looks like he is going back to prison.

We need to start pushing state and federal legislators to lower the eligibility age for the death sentence. The death sentence should be mandatory in all states, along with a limit (say 2 years) for the time it takes to carry out the sentence. Put these animals in the ground sooner where they belong.
