I was changing channels and came across HLN. They were discussing this and one said since tree were no blacks on the jury, that was grounds for a new trial. They had talked to an alternate juror who was black and she said she wished she had been able to get the others to hear her views. They also talked about the poor quality of life he had had-—no parents to speak of, in and out of jail since he was very young. I do not think he learned anything from that. Bless his little heart. Looks like he is going back to prison.
Tree is there.
The more retrials the more exposure,,and the older he gets,,,,,so less time in Juvie and more in the real grown up prison. No childhood trauma can justify shooting a 13 month old between the eyes after counting down from 5.

We have to stop pretending her “black” perspective means anything at all in relation to a “white” perspective.
