If you can tolerate it, Asthmanefrin is on the market. It was a lifesaver for me last winter. (I think it was called Primatine back in the day.) Actually I don't have any problem getting albuterol; it's just that I'm a bit miffed with the establishment that you can get epinephrine-based inhalers, which are potentially dangerous and have numerous side-effects over-the-counter, but albuterol, a very inocuous drug, requires a prescription. It makes no sense at all.

Anymore I tell my Democrat and liberal acquaintances that I fully support and encourage the abortions of THEIR children because the fewer of them there are the better the world will be for my children.
It’s fun to make them choke on wanting to be mad at me while not wanting to admit that abortion is wrong.
But at least I plant the seed of doubt with them.

That’s good. It is similar to the argument I make. I tell them blacks are 3x more likely to have an abortion than whites and ask them why liberals fight so hard to abort black babies. Why do they support genocide. I’ve yet to have even one of them give me a cogent answer but then they are liberals so I would never expect them to. :-)
