Do you support legislation that would allow first trimester abortions to be performed by nurse practitioners, certified nurse-midwifes or physician assistants?

Spiderman did it.
I mean I don’t even support having doctors performing abortions.
Didn’t this all start because they wanted it to be performed ‘safely’ by a doctor anyway?
Wow.
When I can’t get an asthma inhaler without a prescription?
Sure, why not?
Give the feminists what they want, good and hard.
Heck, let’s have plumbers give tubal ligations while we’re at it.
That is liberal logic, same logic they use to allow a minor famale to get birth control or abortion without parent/guardian knowledge or consent yet will not treat a broken bone on a minor without parents/guardian to sign consent for treatment.
Its a sign real doctors want nothing to do with abortion.
I once had to leave work to sign a permission slip for a school to give my son neosporin cream when he got stung by a bee.
it started out that Nurse practitioners were seasoned experienced nurses who then went on for additional college education and practice to earn their Practitioner license....but now, brand new RN's are going after it without the years of background work that really made NP's stand out...
and Pa's....I don't know.....
make no mistake...there will tons of people applying for these jobs if the govt is paying, ethics and morality be damned....
If they are bound and determined to kill in-utero babies, nothing will stop these psychopaths.
If the MDs won’t do it, then recruit the nurse practioners or physician assistants.
If these won’t do it, get regular RNs to do it.
If the RNs won’t do it, get the LVNs to do it.
If the LVNs won’t do it, send the feminists to a weekend course on how to abort.
These murderers won’t be satisfied until Kermit Gosnell clones are on every street corner.
While I am against abortion, as long as it is legal I support it not being done by a doctor, because an abortion is not medicine, and calling it such perverts a noble art.
Trouble is that more and more doctors don’t want to perform abortions - that’s why Obamacare is such a bother cuz Soetoro doesn’t want any conscientious objectors getting out of doing the “procedures.” I hope nurses whose job it is to take care of people and PAs would not be interested in killing unborn babies either.
All that’s true, but let’s be honest here: If something goes very wrong, these people, no matter their skill, aren’t going to be in a position or have the training to give critical care when something goes far wrong.
And that’s where the feminists are going to get what they wanted... good and hard. They keep claiming they want abortion to be “legal, safe and rare.”
What they have created is a situation where abortion is nearly mandated, hazardous and absurdly frequent. That’s what they clearly wanted, so give it to ‘em.
This poll assumes everyone is pro-abortion?
How about murderers on death row?
I don’t support anyone doing abortions. If people wish to have abortions performed by non-doctors that is ok with me. Every person that dies from a botched abortion is one less abortion supporter on the planet.
Why should anyone be asked to abort someone’s baby at any stage of pregnancy? If you get pregnant, you go take care of it yourself with proper training and tools — then we’ll see if all that promiscuity & hoochy mama behaviour starts changing. Come to Jesus - beg for forgiveness - You can have a whole new life where you don’t have to kill your baby.
We need vision here, brothers and sisters. And we won’t have Social Justice in this land until grade school teachers - the cream of our society - can both perform and necessitate abortions on the young, poor and needy, America’s most vulnerable.
this is how they try to get around the fact almost all doctors don’t want to do this evil.
only the dregs do abortions and their numbers are dropping. they are in panic mode as they have no replacements.
