Songwriters: Rose Hamlin It's just like heaven Being here with you You're like an angel Too good to be true But after all I love you i do Angel baby My angel baby When you are near me My heart skips a beat I can hardly stand on My own two feet Because i love you I love you i do Chorus: Angel baby my angel baby Ooh ooh i love you Ooh ooh i do No one can love you Like i do Ooh ooh ooh ooh Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh Please never leave me Blue and alone If you ever go Im sure you'll come back home Because i love you I love you i do

Jimmy Durante - Young At Heart 1954
Songwriters: Carolyn Leigh, Johnny Richards Fairy tales can come true It can happen to you If youre young at heart. For its hard, you will find, To be narrow of mind If youre young at heart. You can go to extremes With impossible schemes; You can laugh when your dreams Fall apart at the seams; And life becomes exciting with each passing day, And love is either in your heart
or on its way. Dont you know that its worth Every treasure on earth To be young at heart? For, as rich as you are, Its much better by far To be young at heart. And, if you should survive To a hundred and five, Look at all youll derive Just by being alive! Now, here is the best part: You have a head start If you are amongst the very young
At heart. And, if you should survive To a hundred and five, Look at all youll derive Just by being alive! Now, here is the best part: You have a head start If you are amongst the very young
At heart.

Written by Charles Dawes as a ragtime tune. Dawes was later to serve as Coolidges VP. He also won the Nobel Peace Prize.

Have seen them several times & will again over Labor Day weekend. Got (lead singer) Willie Winfield’s autograph ~20 years. Among my favorites are Memories Of You, Life Is But A Dream & Sunday Kind Of Love...

“Sweet Home Alabama”
The best version I have heard is oddly done by the Leningrad Cowboys with the Russian Army Choir.

how much time you got?
Way to many to mention, and this isn’t that high on my list but I just found it last night on Youtube...the original version of “No Time” by The Guess Who:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqeSUAlI5uI
This is not the version you’ve heard for years. It was issued on a Canadian LP called “Canned Wheat” (love that!) and includes new riffs and a more psychedelic sound.
Great band, great song - and something you haven’t heard 5,000 times already...

Thanks, Connie, for the tributes to our troops.
I have been battered and beaten all day. We finished running the payroll yesterday and printed checks. Today we are entering this same payroll into the new system to see if they agree. I’ve been entering timesheets for almost 5 hours. The only good thing is I’m getting familiar with how it is done in this new system.
Hope you had a nice, quiet commute. Any critters out and about in the heat? *HUGS*
