A spokesperson for President Barack Obama and the White House has weighed in on the Missouri rodeo clown who ignited a firestorm of controversy when he wore an Obama mask and taunted a bull to attack him. While the president has not offered his thoughts on the controversy, a White House spokesperson who is also a Missouri native said the incident was certainly not one of the finer moments in our state.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters that he could not offer them Obamas personal thoughts on the rodeo clown. The president is currently vacationing with his family on Marthas Vineyard. He did, however, express his personal regrets about how the incident reflects negatively on his home state.
The rodeo clown and the organization that hired him have apologized for the incident. The president of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association has resigned and the clown has been banned for life from performing at the state fair. A number of state officials have condemned the clown and the NAACP has called for a full investigation into the incident.
Obama —— Not one of the finer moments for America
Bet they yukked it up when a clown used a Bush mask at a rodeo back in 1994 ....
One of those rare instances in which I agree with an obamist. Attacking a rodeo clown is embarrassing.
Tough shi!. I thought it was great and kept up the tradition. Problem is liberals have their shorts pulled up too tight and can’t take it.
Me and about 200,000,000 other people in America kinda differ on that opinion.
The pinkos can dish it out but they can’t take it.
The Democrats are reacting to the rodeo clown like Muslims to a cartoon of Mohammed.
nobama needs ridiculed at every opportunity...every opportunity.
Well you might be on the wrong forum then good buddy. Try DU....You might fit in better
The rodeo clown has evidently upset the a$$ clown. DOJ will probably file charges on the rodeo clown and clean him out in court.
They gave Tuffy the Clown a LIFETIME ban although his rodeo association stands behind him.
Obamacare means that the IRS can screw with him (audits, waitlisting for major surgery, death panels...).
They are now officially irrelevant. Close shop.
This is why comedians never joke about obama. It is career death for them.
Not one of the Filner Moment either Democrats.
I’d say it’s more like 200,000 Americans that agree with that position. Obama has been less than supportive of our nation’s heritage and constitution at every step and in every action; not just as President, but all the way back to his community organizer shakedown days.
Barack Obama has an opportunity to be classy BIG TIME here by chiding the folks who gave this clown grief and saying he has no grudge, why should they?
