Friday, Barack “Reach Across the Aisle” Obama had an amped-up message for low-information voters: It is the “holy grail” of Republicans to make sure that 30 million Americans don’t have health insurance.
As reported by The Hill, in addition to saying that blocking ObamaCare has become the GOP’s “holy grail,” Obama called Republican opposition to his troubled healthcare plan (which is opposed by ever-increasing percentage of Americans) an “ideological fixation” as well.
Not only is this guy absolutely horrendous with a terrible record of reaching across the aisle outstanding at “reaching across the aisle,” he’s also pretty good at ridiculing, too. (You don’t suppose he means “fixation” as in his fixation with redistributing wealth, do you?)
“The one unifying principle in the Republican Party at the moment is making sure that 30 million people don’t have healthcare.”
This is what we commonly call a “lie.” Republicans do not want to make sure 30 million people don’t have insurance, and it is absurd to even say that. However, Republicans don’t want to implement a half-assed healthcare bill that would still leave upwards of 26 million (CBO estimate) uninsured.
Here’s to hoping that the American people can open their eyes to see what their President is really doing: dividing America with misleading rhetoric concerning an unpopular piece of legislation that is hardly the best that we can do.
Healthcare and insurance are two different horses. Anyone with a little bit of common sense knows that. The arrogant pos occupant is counting on the ignorant.

You know that and I know that but he promises healthcare and talks about insurance, but healthcare is not insurance and he will fleece the people by givning them healthcare and expecting them to pay their “fair share” of inflated pricing. When they thought they voted for insurance for all to stop people from being ruined by healthcare bills.
“One thing that does not get talked about with Obamacare is that it is NOT insurance.
If you cannot pay the amount the government decides that the IRS will take from you, then you will be placed into your states welfare roles. And if you get sick, and require care, the state will pay...
...THEN THE STATE WILL GO AFTER ALL YOUR ASSETS TO COVER THE COSTS. AND YOU OR GRANDMA WILL LOSE YOUR HOUSE OR OTHER BELONGINGS.
There is no good side to Obama care and making sure people were covered more than they are now is not what it does.
OBAMACARE MAKES SURE THAT THE MEDICAL-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX HAS INCOME FROM TAKING HOMES AND ASSETS FROM PEOPLE.
DO NOT FORGET THIS

Note from CNS News
People whose household income is too small to qualify for the subsidy will be put on Medicaid. People whose household income exceeds 400 percent of the FPL will get no subsidy at all.
According to the IRS, which responded to a CNSNews.com inquiry on the issue, a household earning an annual income that is just $1 more than 400 percent of the FPL is ineligible for an Obamacare subsidy, period.
As explained by both the IRSwhich wrote the regulation governing the Obamacare subsidyand the Congressional Research Service, which published a July 31 report on the matter (Health Insurance Premium Credits in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act), the Obamacare insurance-premium subsidy essentially works as a cap on the percentage of annual income an eligible person is required to pay in health-insurance premiums.

In the end, consumers are truly getting screwed. Under-insured is gong to be the new problem, oh yes. because after the money, a major illness is still going to wipe out an average family financially.
The lowest cost level plans will, on average, cover 60 percent of an enrollees costs. That leaves 40 percent of costs on the backs of the consumer, after paying 10 percent of your income into the plan. Mid level plans will cover 70 percent, and top plans would be expected to foot 80 percent of the bill. The lowest priced plans are expected to attract a high number of enrollees, since they will have the smallest premiums.
Obamacare will bankrupt average families hit with mid level and major illnesses. Say goodbye to your assets one way or the other.
This is about the government separating people from their assets
Defund it, strike it down, strip it; I don't care what has to be done to stop this nightmare.......just do it!
I've read something about that... somewhere...
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, who are called by my name,
shall humble themselves,
and pray, and seek my face,
and turn from their wicked ways; ,
then will I hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.
But...

I don’t purchase it because it costs slightly over 1/3 my gross pay.

You forgot the Party connection that they have in e.g. China, where crowded waiting rooms are bypassed by a constant stream of "Party people" going straight to the back of the hospital to see the doctor right away, while hundreds of other people wait and wait and wait all day.
Healthcare will be, was always intended to be, a political perk for Party people.
