San Diego Sheriff's Department says 16-year-old Hannah Anderson found safe in Idaho.

San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore said the suspect in the massive Amber Alert case was shot and killed.

The comparison is idiotic. None of those harmed a fly. THIS case is quite different. A murderer killed half a family, and kidnapped the last kid the father had. This SOB does not belong in that list.

If this isn’t a legitimate think for the FBI to do, then what is? Kidnapping and Bank robbery have been the bread and butter of the FBI for decades.

Yes, lots of questions that the lib media will not pursue. Were the father & mother living together, separated, divorced? If an intact family, why was this creep made a part of it? The girl had multiple body piercings and posted sexually suggestive photos of herself online. Why were mom & dad not monitoring this? The mom allowed the pervert to take the daughter on a week long trip to L.A. where they stayed together in the same hotel room. Why was this permitted?

CNN shows press conference on split screen with photos of girl from Facebook. Yes, some sexy. Question from press is whether it is true they were observed swimming together at the lake where they were found.

There is a big difference between summary execution, and rescuing a hostage. A very big difference. Any other course of action would have meant taking unjustified risks with that 16 year olds life. Im glad that douche got shot. And im glad that a skilled person got him.

Summary execution would be if he was walking alone, no threat to anyone. It could even mean killing him after he was captured. But it does not include shooting an armed murderer who has a 16 year old victim under his control.

This is the case even if she was a willing party. People kill loved ones every day. Facing arrest, murder/suicide was an impulse away. Better to kill him and end it. Its the only civilized thing to do.

You missed the point — I'm OK with law enforcement going after bad guys, but not summary executions or them going after the good guys, which has been occurring for years. Would have been better if the Fort Hood shooter had received the same fate at the time of his shooting rampage. Instead we are treated to the spectacle of a show trail with the victims being victimized again and, I suspect, an officer court that will be too afraid to convict him of murder to avoid offending Muslim sensitivities. No, I am a hardcore conservative, and am beyond scared s***less about the destruction of our God-given Constitutional rights. Even murdering perverts rate due process, and then swift and certain death — not summary execution that is being applied to both the guilty and the innocent.
