If losing his prime-time show to Megyn Kelly is rattling Sean Hannity, he isnt showing it.
Hannity weighed in on the report of Kellys move to the Fox News 9 p.m. prime-time block during his radio show, saying hes very happy with the way things are turning out, and that it has no negative implications for his career.
Lets just say in the end Im very happy. Thats all I can say at this point, he said Thursday.
Its pretty funny. I love people speculating, Hannity said. Because everybody thinks they know everything and they dont.
He also preempted criticism from those who might suggest the move had anything to do with him being a right wing nut job.
If I wasnt hated, I wouldnt be doing my job now would I? he said.
CNN would be smart to dump the lib brit in the old larry King slot and replace him with Hannity, CNN would win the hour.
A pretty face over runs a lousy program most days. They want men watching, just to slobber.
I too have no inside information but Ailes very rarely strikes out. I think these moves will be his tactics to completely bury in the outhouse MSNBC and CNN. Ailes has them now on the mat for the count but he does not just want to win, he wants to behead the competition.
I predict Sean will cut back and make specials instead of a nightly show. I think he has likely burned out. He is rich and famous. This won’t hurt him. Just my 2 cents.
If anything, Megan should replace Shep, who is getting worse and worse
Of all the TV talking heads, on all the networks, who find themselves having to interview “common people” there only two that seems to put non media guests at ease and actually listen to and interact well...and there are only two...Greta Van Sustern and Sean Hannity.
As for Kelly, she’s too “inside the beltway, sitting at the cool kids lunch table” type. Not a great persona for an opinion based show.
Mr. Potato Head taking up 9-10 pm is no good, either.
On a personal note, I don’t care for Megyn. She’s in a hurry when she talks and whatever she does, and she wears me out just listening to her. She seemed to be happy to report Obama won in the last election. Her face was the last one I saw on Fox News until I tuned back in 7 months later. She’s no conservative.
On the otherhand, I like Hannity, but his show consists of arguing. 2 people on opposite sides debating... and I’m through with the other side. I don’t want to hear them blow hot air. I’m through with the lies. Just give information to those who are ill informed or less informed. Let the conservatives have a voice.. the left has all the rest of the channels.
Greta has been doing a good job probing and asking questions on the lack of anyone doing anything. I think we are ready for a fight and no one is hosting.
cnn accepted beck, so why wouldn’t they accept hannity for his prime time slot? does cnn want ratings?
I can’t watch her for 5 minutes without getting annoyed. Forget an hour. Look for the 9:00PM slot to lose viewership. Stupid move by Fox.
I agree.
and I thought I was the only one.
It so astounded me because I don't think I've ever heard any newsreader of any political stripe insert their opinion into one of those brief news blurbs. It really demonstrated to me where Megan's political loyalties are.
Yawn...
Guilty hair-do... With long, straight hair she was AWESOME!
In addition to that, when questioning someone who’s not giving “real” answers to her questions, she can be a real bulldog. I’d hate to have her as opposing council.

RE: I can’t stand that stupid football!
Can You stand his quoting Jesus Christ in the Last Supper?
“Let Not Your Hearts Be Troubled...”
Meant to indicate ratings as the league, not ideological purity, intellect, or mission vs manna motivation.
All of them are more than a bit narcissistic.
Sad they are the best media spokespersons we have....feel like I am watching professional wrestlers more often than not.....lots of sound and fury...but the winner is picked in advance.
Roller-ball anybody?
I don’t care for foot ball nor Hannity either, end result is, I don’t watch either one.
Hannity lost me as a viewer a long time ago when he always introduced the moron $harpton as, “My very good friend, the reverend Al Sharpton”.
I acknowledge she is pretty and feminine appearing and hetero — but I can’t get over the feeling there is a guy inside. Something about her voice and manner. I’m probably the only person who thinks that about her.
