Last year was one of the 10 hottest on record, with sea levels at record highs, Arctic ice at historic lows and extreme weather in various corners of the globe signaling a "new normal," scientists said Tuesday in the 2012 State of the Climate report.
"Our planet as a whole is becoming a warmer place," said Kathryn Sullivan, acting administrator of the NOAA. The report was edited by NOAA scientists and drew contributions from 384 scientists from 52 countries.

May be coming soon, if what is said about the feeble solar maximums is true.

Been a mild a pleasant summer in Houston this year. NOT so hot.
I’ve been trying to avoid mentioning it because it’s been so good. Don’t want to break a streak as we enter August.
Hasn’t been an “active hurricane year” as they predicted for this area, either.

The only climate normal thing I've seen, is the gorebal worming nuts saying all the same things...

There was a wealthy man who was terrified at the thought of experiencing the disasters of man-made globalist warming so he had himself frozen at absolute zero.
He’s 0k now.

Fishing report from South Padre reported cooler than normal spring and cooler water limiting feeder fish. Big numbers of billfish have yet to show. Cold spring fronts in May still affected water temp.
Now back near Waco, there was an early July morning of 58F.
Global warming my ass.......

I guess someone forgot to mention it to Reuters. We appear to have entered a cooling period a few years ago despite rising CO2 levels..

We now have 70 parts per million more CO2 than we did in 1955? 70 out of a million is what, .007%? WE ARE DOOMED!

I wouldn't believe this woman if she said the sun was overhead at high noon.
We are knee deep in non stop Orwellian crap.

Been a mild a pleasant summer in Houston this year. NOT so hot.Try living about 180 miles west. We have had 100+ days for the past week and more expected the rest of August. We need a hurricane or tropical depression here.

It has been a very cool summer over all for Northern CA. Right now we are having one of the coolest August summers I have ever seen, I am 71. The highs are ranging from about 86 to 94, normally temps are way up in the 100s. Predictions are the rest of August is to be the same temp wise. I sure hope so.

Oh my god 00.007% more deadly CO2 since 1955! At that rate we will reach 5000 ppm in less than 4,142 years. In just 41,420 years the level of CO2 in the atmosphere could reach 50,000 ppm or 5%. That could easily give some people headaches or even worse... nausea.

DO you have a source for that ?

They say this every year, and it is a damn lie.
The world is getting warmer, huh? Tell me another one. Here in Virginia we hardly ever get out of summer without a streak of 100-plus temps. But this year, after the coldest spring on record, our highest temperature so far has been one 93-degree day. The rest of the time, we’ve had lower than normal temps. We’ve had quite a few July days in the high 70s; that is unheard of for this area.
