How old were his parents when he was born?

Mid-60's if they were freed on the day they were born. The gentleman is a liar, IMHO.

It’s faintly possible his father could have been a former slave, but he claims to be the son of former “slaves”, plural.

The odds of a 66+ year old black woman giving birth is essentially zero.

“The gentleman is a liar, IMHO. “

The audience it is meant for is far too stupid to realize they are being fed a crock of sh. He’ll laugh all the way to the bamk. Too bad “they” don’t believe in education or they might have exited poverty a long time ago.

If his parents were immigrants from Mali or any of the other African states that still practice slavery and they escaped to America then he could easily be the son of former slaves. Just not slaves in America.
