Fantastic! Predatory animals (especially humanoid ones) prey on the old, the weak, and the lame. Handguns make that a risky proposition.
only problem I see is that the robber is still alive
Good for Calvin Brown!!
Leave these senior citizens alone, he said. We aint playing. Im serious. If they come knocking on my door, I got something for them. When barber Calvin Brown says he has something for them, he doesnt mean the latest Roffler cut. A gentleman looking for money he hadnt earned walked into Browns eponymous Columbus, Ohio tonsorial parlor Friday and demanded what was in the till. Brown said he then hit the guy and shot him. The robbery suspect collapsed at a bank across the street from the shop. He was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital in stable condition. Brown had armed himself after his store was knocked over about a year ago. Senior or not, he doesnt seem to be someone to trifle with news thats probably making its way through the neighborhood.
You really would not want to threaten this old man. I can’t still handle the recoil from a .44 magnum snub-nosed revolver well enough to be sure of getting off subsequent shots both quickly and accurately, but the .357 magnum is big enough for two-legged predators.
Good for you, Calvin.
Yep - .357 can take out 3 at a time if they're lined up right. .357 with 6" barrel and .38 Special hollow point will do the job on most bipeds too.
